Does it nessecarily have to be white-backgrounded? Or can it be transparent?

@plasma_knight303: well, with transparent, you see the layer before... so you would see the sprite below, and thus, it would end up going to the next frame, but keeping whatever you weren't able to cover up. So, unfortunately, it can not be transparent... :/

@Luigi_96: Sorry for 8 month late reply, but actually you can make transparent GIFs. Just put "(replace)" in the end of every frame's name(except the first frame, located waaaay below, which is not necessary).
